To think that motivation – intended as a trigger to create high hopes or dreams in one’s or people’s mind – is just an unrealistic ruse, such as the impression that has lately been created around it, is to mismanage an essential resource at one’s disposal. The ‘infeasible’ impression created around it, can be evidenced to the ‘motigbetional speaker,’ ‘motivation isonu,’ that some people have coined to hastily prove its non-applicability.
Truthfully speaking anyway, motivation is just the fuel that enkindles the mind to take action through the WILLPOWER to act on the content of motivation. It’s not enough to hear motivating words, but putting in the works to realize whatever was the object of motivation, is the honey in the pot. People who see motivations as unnecessary may have issues with their mindset, which reflects a lax attitude towards goal achievement.
No one obtains success in a lax state of mind, even if millions of motivators are at his or her disposal, offering valuable self-help words. The willpower of the mind alongside the aggressive utilization of the physical body, is what propels one to success, even though it may not be a smooth ride, but then, persistence, against the stormy ride, is part of what the willpower does.
The companions were motivated to propagate Islam, but they also had huge willpower in the mix, which set their believes in motion. So, it shouldn’t be expected that mere word or sight, without intentional efforts, will make wonders. To motivate, in its real sense, is to trigger the desire to want to go the length required to lead a life of purpose achievement.
