Professor Sayed Malik, the chairman of the Oyo State Pilgrims Welfare Board, has told the State’s intended pilgrims who missed the 2022 Hajj that the Board is ready to refund their travel expenses.

The Board has started paying anyone who want their money returned in full, less any initial costs associated with their immunization, clothing, baggage, and other fees.

He also reaffirmed that people who do not want their money back will be given priority the following year.

Prof. Malik said this yesterday in his office in Olodo, Ibadan, when addressing press on the 2022 Hajj report.

“The Board has embarked another round of refund of unspent funds from the 2022 Hajj fare to all Pilgrims that went with the Board for the Hajj exercise.”

He then called on the pilgrims, to visit the Account Section of the Board along with their receipts to claim their funds.
