The Port Harcourt-based Islamic organization congratulates its former secretary general, Dr. Saka Matemilola, on his appointment as the new Olowu of Owu Kingdom in Ogun State by the executive governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, in a message jointly signed by its president, Prof. AbdulRazaq Kilani, and the secretary general, Alh. Abiola Wasiu.
