
The Darul Amin Foundation, which has been functioning in Nigeria with the aid of Turkish donors for many years, is continuing to give food to 13,500 families in various parts of the nation during Ramadan.
The Foundation’s Secretary General, Burak Karabulut, stated that, they distributed aid to 8 states, including Borno and Adamawa states, where the terrorist organization, Boko Haram has been a menace.
According to Karabulut, the foundation, with the assistance from Turkey, organised activities such as health screening, education and social activities in different regions during Ramadan.

In addition, “Ramadan packages and alms (money) sent from Turkey were delivered to the indigent families. As the days go by, the benefits also increase,” he said.
