On the day of Eid, a group of Muslims from Lleida, Spain, presented their Imam with a beautiful Audi-6 car as a prize for his hard work during Ramadan.
Osama Bounasab, Imam of the Al-Rahmah Mosque in Tarka town, received a surprise gift from his mosque’s congregants who brought in a brand new RS. 2.72 CRORE luxurious Audi-6 to honor Imam’s efforts during the holy month of Ramadan on Eid day.
When Imam Bounasab performed the Eid prayers in Spain, he was in for a pleasant surprise. A beautiful Audi-6 automobile had been parked outside a mosque in the Spanish city of Lleida by worshipers. Soon after completing his Eid prayer, the namizis escorted him to the parking lot and handed over the keys as a mark of their love.
Imam Bounasab showed his gratitude for this initiative by writing on his Facebook page, “Today was a great joy, as the blessed Tarka mosque group surprised me with an expensive, elegant and blessed gift: A high-class car, praise be to God”.
“My joy was greater with the love of these generous believers and their wrapping around me with their supplications, the spaciousness of their chests, and the goodness of their hearts. I pray for their health and wellness, and may God make their sons and daughters righteous”, he concluded.
According to residents of the Maghreb community in Tarka, Spain, “The initiative to gift the Imam of the mosque, came as a surprise to express the gratitude to the preacher. Instead of collecting donations from the worshipers in bags, and handing out the cash to the Imams and the reciters, the worshippers found this as a novel way to appreciate the Imams”.
