There is an agenda ongoing, evil and wicked against Muslims, especially the Yorubas. It is what has been in existence ever since 1910 after the world missionary conference which was held in Edinburgh, Scotland. This world missionary conference recommended that, “the first things that requires action if Africa is to win the interest of Christ is to throw a strong Christian force into the heart of Africa to prevent the progress of Islam.” This is what led to the South Sudan from Sudan.
In Nigeria, and before now, there have been meetings, calls and strategic plannings from elders of Christians in Nigeria on way forward for Christian dominance. The Christian dominance in the North is challenging or has failed, but here in the South, apart from the South West, the reverse is the case. And that is where harassment and victimization of Muslims are predominant.
The Muslims victimization in the South West can be traced to what Pastor Bosun Emmanuel, a Redeemed pastor called “dual ideology.” in a statement he made in 2014 while addressing a Christian congregation, he said, “And what is the problem of Nigeria? It is not corruption, It is not Boko Baram, it is not mediocrity, it is not lawlessness, our problem is “dual ideology” within the Nigerian Constitution. It must be resolved. If we don’t resolve it, Nigeria is not going anywhere. There are two ideologies inside the Nigerian Constitution. Let me show you something, Sharia is mentioned in the constitution 73 times, Islam 28 times, Grand kadi 54 times, Muslim 10 times in the Nigerian Constitution 1999. There is no single mention of Christ in the Nigerian Constitution. No single mention of Christian in the Nigerian Constitution, No single mention of Christianity, no single mention of Church in the Nigerian constitution. Now I ask you ma, is your country a Christian state, an Islamic State or a circular state? Which one is Nigeria? Talk to me. Constitutionally, Nigeria is an Islamic State.
“The reason it has not been enforced is because they have not captured the jewel they need to enforce it. That jewel is the South-west And this is where Christians need to wake up and politics now comes in, which we now need to start creating political awareness in Christians.”
So today, if the Redeemed church is creating directorates of politics across all her branches to coordinate her political affairs, and if the CAN, the christian body in Nigeria is encouraging all christians to partake in politics, we need not to be amazed. It is in line with their long agenda to take over what the Bosun called the Jewel of Nigeria (South West).
Ever since colonial invasion and christian missionary activities on Yoruba educational system, all aspects of our social life have been under the control of churches in Yorubaland. In education, economy and media, the Christians have excelled before the rise of Muslims, and that is why you hardly see a Muslim with Hijab in banking sector and other establishments. They have formed a network to disallow Muslims. This happens as a result of war waged against Yoruba Muslims by Christian missionary.
So it will be suicide for Yoruba Muslims if Osinbajo becomes the President and take over the political power of the country which is the only hope for the survival of Yoruba Muslims. We are the one who love and tolerate them, but they see us as anti-christ.
We call on the Northern political elites to value the life of Yoruba Muslims and support a Muslim candidate from the South West, but it must never be Osinbajo.
