Sheikh Ali Hasan Al Halabi dies from COVID-19 infection. The Sheikh was one of the most senior students of Sheikh Al-Albani.
Announcing the death of one of the respected Salafee scholars, his close friend, Sheikh Abu Usamah Al-Thahabi said Sheikh Al-Halabi died on Sunday morning, November 15, in Jordan, at exactly 9am (UK time) after complications from COVID-19.
Speaking further in a YouTube video, Sheikh Thalabi said Sheikh Al-Halabi has since been buried in an Islamic Cemetery in Jordan, next to his late teacher Sheikh Albani, in accordance with Islamic rites.
He described his death as a great loss for the Ummah, especially those living in the west.
We have indeed lost a pillar from the pillars of knowledge. May Allah grant him forgiveness and grant him al-Jannah Firdaus.
