Renowned Iwo-born scholar, Professor Khidr AbdulBaaqi, received a prestigious honour from the Mauritanian Minister of Defence and the Secretary General of the International Islamic Military Alliance to Combat Terrorism.
The recognition followed his thought-provoking and impactful lecture on “The Role of the Media in Shaping Public Opinion Against Terrorism”, delivered in Nouakchott.
