The Nigerian Mosque: Animashawun Masjid and Islamic Centre


Animashawun Masjid and Islamic Centre is located at Okun Igando, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. The foundation of this Masjid (Animashawun Masjid and Islamic Centre) was started on 26th Muharram 1445 (2023) and built under the auspices of Masjid Aid Foundation.

While the formal opening was performed by Imam Nojeem Jimoh, Imam of Light House Estate Masjid on 38 Muharram 1446 (3rd of August 2024).

Animashawun Masjid was denoted by children of Alhaji Abdul-Rafiu Adisa Animashawun and Alhaja Ganiat Amori Animashawun (Nee Ojikutu) as Sadaqatul-jaariyah for their parents.
