Every affair we happen to witness within the scope of our being, is such that each of them possesses an actual way of manoeuvering them and those ways around them are their primary mode of operation that if one counter acts against them, the expected result of such and affair will not manifest, which may, in turn, be unfavorable. These are the ideal ways to respond to life situations for the purpose of leading a successful and less problematic life. Realization of this, would make following the ideal ways to be taken not with levity.

Rules are made, to be followed on different endeavors and these are the rules that make following the required course in an affair to be feasible. Allah SWT – our Creator – brought about existence with guiding rules and with this, there are certain ideals to be followed, as designed by the Creator of existence Himself. Looking at the concept of Fitrah which is the purity and innocence which come as the fundamental or default aspect of the Muslim individuality, upon which all humans were born. It denotes the “original disposition”, or innate nature of any Muslim.” By this, Allah proves to us His penchant for we upholding our naturalness in original state of being which, if reflected upon, has everything to do with idealneas, for our being itself is an ideal creation of the world we live in. Circumcision, removing the pubic hair, trimming the moustache, cutting the nails, and plucking the armpit hair are elements within the fitrah scope, all fitting into the description of fitrah, being maintaining innate nature of a Muslim.

Staying within the zone of ideals brings little to no stress and instead, it propels one into success either in the worldly or the divine way. If one can maintain that path of obliging with every part of a rule and not acting willingly without recourse to guidelines, it is only a matter of time before such person runs beyond the redemption line where efforts to follow the ideals will be futile.

In Islam, all forms of worship are set of ideal steps themselves, which is why it is not in one’s capability to just do what pleases him or her in the worship of Allah. With knowledge comes the identification of ideals, therefore seeking knowledge is a vital tool in the recognition of the various required steps to navigate life, in a hope to lead a successful life in this world and the hereafter.
