
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON’s Hajj Institute of Nigeria (HIN) has today Graduated its Maiden set and awarded them Professional Certificate in Hajj Management on completion of the prescribed courses as approved by the Academic Board for Strategic Management of Hajj/Umrah Operations Programme.
A paper presentation on “Corporate Governance” by Dr. Bashir Bugaje kicks off the program at 11:00 am at Hajj House. The event’s special Guest of Honour was HRH Dr. Idris Musa, Emir of Jiwa in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
A statement signed by Mousa Ubandawaki, Assistant Director for Information and Publications, states that the students, who were comprised of the Executive Management and members of the Commission’s board, completed academic, field and on-line courses, pursuant to their graduation.
“The Institute, midwifed by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), was established to train Hajj and Umrah administrators and Managers as well as provide an avenue for skills acquisition and entrepreneurship development of youths and be a reference point globally for Hajj and Umrah development,” he added.
