Firdausi Opeyemi Bello was announced the best graduating student for the 2020/2021 Academic Session at the recently concluded 25th & 26th Convocation Ceremonies of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA).
The 21-year-old scholar, graduated with CGPA of 4.78 in Crop Protection.
In an interview with her school media team, Firdausi expresses her delight over the feat and experience during her study, she says, ” I burned the midnight oil, I definitely did – to the point that I knew all the sleeping habits of each of my room mates from 100 level to 500 level – since I was always the one up.”
“I was usually the one to lock the door at night and open it in the morning when they were back from class. To all my room mates, I was like their gate woman because I was not going to class to read, I was reading in my room,” she added.
