Mustapha graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Kaduna State, Nigeria as the Best Graduating Student, Faculty of Engineering, with a 4.90/5.00 CGPA. He won multiple awards and was given 12 scholarships.
He is passionate about building future technologies with Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cloud.
At the 2019-2020 Huawei ICT Competition Mustapha Jimoh with other Nigerian students from ABU (Dahir Muhammad-Dahir and Abdullahi Khalifa Muhammad) won the Global Grand Prize in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. They beat 150,000 students from 2,000 universities in 82 countries to achieve this feat.
As a Computer Engineer, Mustapha’s notable projects are iGlass, CompengBot, Cat-Dog-Pandas classifier using pretrained densenet161.
