The Minister also partakes in a panel along with the Major Gen. Babagana Munguno (Rt) the National Security Adviser of Nigeria, Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, Special Emvoy of LCBC to Chad and Ambassador Bankole Adeoye, Commissioner of Peace and Security of the African Union.
The panelists discuss Initiatives of Combating Persistent and Emerging Threats to National Security (including Cybersecurity) and Regional Stability.
