The International Centre for Islamic Culture and Education (ICICE), owners and managers of the An-Noor Mosque, Abuja has partnered with Sabil Technologies Ltd (PaySabil) to operate the PaySabil Platform in the FCT and the entire North Central States of Nigeria, according an official statement dated 29th October 2021.
The Muslim Voice findings revealed that with this partnership, ICICE/An-Noor Mosque will be marketing and promoting the PaySabil Platform in the FCT and the north-central zone, as well as vetting, verifying, and validating all mosques, charities and projects before listing on the platform.

In addition, International Centre for Islamic Culture and Education/An-Noor Mosque will implement capacity-building training for Islamic organizations to promote the adoption of technology-driven methods of zakat/sadaqah collection and administration to enhance financial inclusion, transparency, and accountability in line with the objectives of the PaySabil Platform.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Kabir Kabo Usman, DG/CEO of ICICE, and Ibrahim Maigari Ahmadu, Chairman of the Board of Sabil Technologies Ltd. In attendance were all Directors of the ICICE.
The tech platform, PaySabil, facilitates payment of Sadaqah and Zakah to verified mosques and charities in Nigeria through its mobile/web app.
