An Hijabi, Dr. Ummulhani Oyiza Obansa, has been awarded the best graduating female student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) recently.
The Muslim Voice findings revealed that, the Award of excellence was presented to Dr. Ummulhani on her accomplishment by the The Vice-Chancellor of the UNIMAID, Professor Aliyu Shugaba.
The Ebira indigene of Kogi State express her feelings on her new feat, Ummulhani said, “I am happy that all my efforts paid off despite the struggles encountered.”
Ummulhani said, “I feels grateful to Allah for preserving her life and also acknowledged that it is a privilege for her to witness such a memorable day as this.”
She appreciates her parents who stood by her in their support and prayers. Ummulhani said, “Without their support I would not have achieved what she has done and become today.”
