
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced the launch of a “remote clinics” medical service that allows patients to consult a doctor online through its Anat and Sehaty apps. Thereby providing patients with the option to seek appointments for medical consultations remotely.

Furthermore, MOI stated that the service aims to reduce patient visits with non-emergency cases to hospitals and reduce the spread of infection, in addition to increasing patient satisfaction level via reducing the time and effort required to receive medical consultation.
